Our dedicated and experienced events team is truly passionate about weddings, specialising in creating customised, personalised events that are a true reflection of your preferences and personalities. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for 20, a formal wedding for 70 or a spectacular cocktail party for 170, you will enjoy every minute as we work with you to plan and host the event of your dreams.

Our packages

Utopia offers packages ranging from intimate multi-course dinners to gala cocktail parties - and each one can be customised to suit your every desire. 

We can host elegant, formal dinner receptions for up to 70 guests, and glamorous cocktail receptions for up to 170 guests.

We can also assist in organising beautiful wedding ceremonies inside, beneath our soaring timber archway or on a picturesque lawned area just beneath our terrace.

Bridal appointments

* PLEASE NOTE:  You are very welcome to drop in to see us any time – however we do get very busy, especially on weekends!

To ensure we have plenty of time to chat with you about your big day, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment with a member of our weddings team. Our bridal appointments are held on Saturdays and Wednesdays, between 11am and 4pm. Simply contact us on 8379 2488 or email info@waterfallguly.com.au to schedule a personalised meeting and a tour.
