Our function packages

Utopia offers:
- seated breakfast, brunch, lunch and formal dinner functions for up to 110 guests
- cocktail-style events for up to 170 guests
- high tea celebrations for up to 110 guests (please see the high tea page of this website for details and packages).

Packages are all inclusive, with prices including food and beverage, linen and glassware, room hire, room setup, staffing and myriad special extras. There are absolutely no hidden extras.

Function appointments

You are always welcome at Utopia - however we do get very busy, especially on weekends!

To ensure we have plenty of time to show you around, answer questions and chat with you about your perfect event, we strongly recommend making an appointment with a member of our events team. Appointments are held Wednesdays to Sundays and can be scheduled to suit you.

Nestled at the base of a spectacular waterfall just 10km from the Adelaide CBD, Utopia offers one of Adelaide’s most unique and picturesque function and event venues, with packages ranging from breakfast and brunch to lunches, dinners, high teas, corporate events and gala cocktail parties.

We can host seated celebrations for up to 110 guests and standing-style events for up to 170 guests, and can cater for all occasions - from business events to product launches, birthdays to baby showers, club meetings to wine dinners.

Utopia can hold formal, sit-down functions for up to 110 guests and elegant, standing cocktail-style celebrations for up to 170 guests – as well as breakfasts, brunches, workshops, meetings, presentations, high teas and more! We offer a range of packages that can each be customised to suit your themes, wishes and special requirements – and we can even help with all the ‘little extras’, including table centrepieces, room decorations, audio visual requirements and scrumptious cakes.

And here’s the best bit...our packages are all inclusive! We simply don’t believe in charging extra for the essentials. So the prices you see include all of your food and beverage, all linen and glassware, your room hire, full room setup and the myriad special extras we add to make your big day absolutely perfect.


Corporate events...forget those white, windowless meeting rooms!

Utopia is simply the perfect venue to host your next corporate event. Our private, secluded heritage venue is set right in the heart of a lush conservation park, yet it is boasts ample free parking and is just 10km from the centre of Adelaide's CBD! Add to this a fresh and delicious menu prepared by a team of award-winning chefs and outstanding service from our discreet, professional staff - and we can guarantee a corporate event heads and shoulders above the rest.

Utopia's corporate event packages are flexible, affordable and can be customised to suit any style of event - from networking breakfasts and intimate sales lunches to full day workshops, training seminars, staff retreats and dinner presentations. Our light-flooded private dining room looks out over gorgeous gardens and can be adapted to hold seated meals, meetings, training seminars and workshops for up to 110 guests, or theatre-style presentations and standing-style events for up to 160 guests.

Your own professional events planner will also be happy to help with ‘little extras’ for your event, including the hire of multimedia/AV equipment, custom menus, decorations, theming and more.
